We are seeking a talented Studio Manager to join our team at Van Apple Art. As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities at our art studio, including managing personnel, scheduling projects, and ensuring the quality of our work. You will play an essential role in the success of our company, helping us continue to create beautiful works of art for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling projects and coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
• Supervise and mentor studio personnel, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with artists and designers to develop new artwork and creative projects.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure the studio is always equipped to meet project needs.
• Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Represent the studio at client meetings and events, providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in fine arts, business management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an art studio management role.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Knowledge of art production techniques and materials.
